Telemental health services are mental health services offered through interactive audio, video, or data communications. I offer telemental health services by means of secure video sessions through virtual therapy connect. Virtual therapy connect is a secure video platform. The use of the secure video platform through virtual therapy connect is free for the client. In order to participate in secure video sessions, the client needs a computer with a webcam and the client needs to reside in California.
Secure video sessions allow me to offer clients therapy sessions if they are unable to meet at my office for various reasons such as residing out of the San Diego area, schedule conflicts, physical disabilities, or concerns with leaving the home. Clients can participate in secure video sessions exclusively or intermittently with face-to-face therapy sessions.
I offer a more flexible schedule and a discounted rate with secure video sessions compared to face-to-face sessions. I am happy to discuss if secure video sessions are a good fit for you during a free phone consultation.
